If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying members.
Estel is an educational guidance platform designed for international students navigating undergraduate and graduate school applications, scholarship searches, visa processes, and financial education. The Platform provides AI-powered tools including school matching, scholarship finding, essay review, and financial guidance modules. Estel does not guarantee admission to any institution, approval of any visa, or success of any scholarship application.
To access premium features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use this Platform.
Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. The Estel Complete Journey Bundle ($497) and Estel Admissions Package ($249) are one-time payments. The Estel Alumni Community ($19/month) is a recurring monthly subscription. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the platform content. School matching results, scholarship information, tuition figures, and acceptance rates are based on publicly available data and AI-generated suggestions that may not be fully accurate or current. Always verify critical information directly with the relevant institution, government authority, or qualified professional.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised recommendations, essay feedback, and guidance. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. Estel is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content. Users should exercise independent judgment and verify all important information.
All content on the Estel Platform — including text, modules, course materials, graphics, and software — is owned by Estel Global Education and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
You may not use the Platform to violate any law or regulation, to scrape or harvest data, to submit false or misleading information, to impersonate any person or entity, to transmit harmful code or malware, or to resell or redistribute access to the Platform without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Estel Global Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any decisions made based on Platform content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
